I specialize in Payroll & HR Shared service. After Spending 27 years in the area, I am looking to bringing my experiences and skilled to determined team. I have worked for Various types of companies including Intel, Dell, IBM, Microsoft and Honeywell. To build, improve and sustain their HR & Payroll Shared Services Transformation and operation.

My true passions are bring in best in people, creating new thing, , analyzing information, tracking trends, developing actions plans and find new way to do thing. Oh, and one last thing... I Hate purposeless action and always strive for true north.

Experience

Worked for 7 years at ground level in finance industry in the area of Tax, Audit and project ?nance with ?nance experts. Helped to learn basics of customer relationship and finance workspace.

1998 to 2003 worked with multiple service providers (India Life Hewitt, IBM Global services, Intel & Dell )to learn setting up of operation , system implementation and change management

2003 to 2008 Worked to establish a business transformation group for Honeywell in the area of HR service, Payroll, Contact center, Data management, reporting & security. The transformation encompassed east for east and east for west strategy. Leveraged Vendor management, Six sigma along with process & budget ownership. Group expanded from 3 member team to 200 spread across region.

2008 to 2010 Established 100% payroll outsourcing for APAC delivery hub for Microsoft.

2010 to 2017 worked in the area of multi region service operation to establish Bronze standard of Lean Management system of operation & functional transformation. Service spread across APAC & EMEA for 50+ countries. Extended to delivering global M & A integration & establishing RPA COE in Honeywell.

Since July 2017, I've been working at Tricor Japan as a Consultant to build Regional Business service firm to establish MCPO & RPA capability

Where I see myself in 2 to 5 years

Being in cusp of moving from era of static equilibrium to dynamic equilibrium in people, technology and macro trends, I see Happily engaged in projects that excite me, working among smart and supportive people, sticking with my daily meditation routine and still learning & reading new things….off course traveling globally & locally.

Education

I graduated from Bangalore University with Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.)& specialization in Taxation. Procured certificate course from IIMB in Management Programme for Finance professionals.
